Top 9 Essential Oils to Decrease Stress and Anxiety

As a counselor, I'm always looking for ways to provide my clients practical and helpful ways to decrease their stress and anxiety. You can imagine Essential Oils play a big part in my therapy sessions, being a Scentsy consultant and all... it's almost necessary, wouldn't you agree? After work, I also need to destress so you guessed it, Essential Oils are also diffused at home! Here is my go-to list of Essential Oils to relieve anxiety and stress! These scents have been tried and tested by my clients and myself!
